Position: Crowne Meeting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of meeting and event planning from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event clients, ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
  • Liaise with the Sales, F&B, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maximize revenue from meeting room and function space bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Banquet Sales, Meeting Planning, or Event Management.
  • Strong organizational, logistical planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and meeting setup protocols.
  • Fluent in English.
