Position: Crowne Meeting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of meeting and event planning from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Serve as the primary contact for event clients, ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
- Liaise with the Sales, F&B, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maximize revenue from meeting room and function space bookings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banquet Sales, Meeting Planning, or Event Management.
- Strong organizational, logistical planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and meeting setup protocols.
- Fluent in English.
