Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the department.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and training programs.
- Ensure guest requests related to housekeeping are handled efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in housekeeping software and inventory systems.
- Fluent in English.
