Position: Assistant Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations across the dual property.
- Develop and manage the preventive maintenance schedule for all critical equipment and systems.
- Supervise the Engineering team, ensuring efficient handling of all maintenance requests and projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Engineering Supervisor in an international hotel or resort.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control utility costs.
- Relevant D3/S1 degree in Engineering.
