Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage the sales team, covering all market segments.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Oversee client relationship management and key account development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in a 4-star Batam hotel.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of the competitive and economic landscape of Batam and the region.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English.
