Position: Beverage & Bars Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all beverage operations, including menu development, costing, and inventory for all bars and outlets.
- Lead and train the bar staff on mixology, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Develop promotional campaigns and events to drive beverage revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bars Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume hotel or bar.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and mixology trends.
- Strong leadership, inventory management, and cost control skills.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Fluent in English.
