Position: Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation across all outlets.
- Supervise a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency of all dishes.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control, minimizing waste, and managing stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel.
- Proven leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Strong culinary expertise and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is highly preferred.
