Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all assigned kitchen operations and production, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
- Ensure the highest quality of food preparation, consistency, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a 5-star international hotel.
- Exceptional culinary skills across multiple kitchen sections.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Fluent in English.
