Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Front Office team during shifts, ensuring efficient check-in/out and excellent guest service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage room inventory and assist with upselling strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all security and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Agent in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
