Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all assigned kitchen operations and production, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food preparation, consistency, and presentation.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a 5-star international resort.
  • Exceptional culinary skills across multiple kitchen sections.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Fluent in English.
