Position: Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the hotel’s comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives.
  • Champion the IHG brand service culture and ensure consistent delivery across all departments.
  • Manage the L&D budget and coordinate external training providers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an L&D Manager or specialist in a large-scale 5-star hotel/resort.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and possess certification in training and assessment.
