Position: Complex – Beverages Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all beverage operations for the complex, including bars, lounges, and restaurant beverage service.
- Develop innovative beverage menus, cocktail lists, and wine programs that drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Manage beverage cost control, inventory, and procurement, optimizing profitability.
- Train and mentor all bar and service staff on mixology, wine service, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and modern mixology trends.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control beverage costs effectively.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills; fluent in English.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Sommelier/Mixology.
- Creative and passionate about delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
