Position: Bartendress
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and signature drinks.
- Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional service to create a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Manage bar inventory, assist with stock requisitions, and perform accurate cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all responsible alcohol service and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender/Bartendress, preferably in a 5-star hotel or upscale bar.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and coffee.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and engaging personality.
- Proficient in English.
- Must be well-groomed and professional.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
