Position: Technician
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Team player with good personality.
- Strong technical skills in either HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Experience in hotel or building preventive maintenance.
- Ability to respond to maintenance requests efficiently.
- Vocational high school (SMK) in a relevant field is preferred.
