Position: Engineering Admin
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks for the Engineering department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Log, track, and coordinate all maintenance work orders and guest requests.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel equipment.
- Maintain inventory records for engineering supplies, spare parts, and tools, assisting with purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and compile departmental reports, such as energy consumption and maintenance logs.
- Handle incoming calls and communications for the Engineering department efficiently.
Qualifications:
- One (1) years experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
- Strong leadership.
- Familiar with HACCP System will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (Written and Spoken).
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
