Position: Director of Finance & Business Support

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial reporting.
  • Provide crucial strategic business support and analytical insights to the General Manager and IHG leadership.
  • Oversee all accounting activities (AP, AR, Payroll) and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Manage and supervise the entire finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Hotel Finance, with at least 2 years in a Director role, preferably in a large 5-star resort.
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Proficiency in IHG finance systems and advanced Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting.
