Position: FB Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth service flow during shifts.
  • Assist the Resto & Bar Manager in training, coaching, and developing service staff.
  • Monitor service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to operating procedures.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling reconciliation and shift reports.
  • Support inventory management and ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, resolving any issues or special requests during the shift.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
