Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the entire hotel security team, overseeing daily patrols, surveillance, and access control.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and ensure all safety and security systems are operational.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and manage any security incidents or investigations.
- Train all security staff on hotel protocols, guest interaction, conflict resolution, and emergency procedures.
- Oversee the scheduling of the security department and manage security related inventory and equipment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the same field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
