Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position with pre-opening experience
- Ability to assist in managing daily Front Office operations
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints effectively
- proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Leadership skills to train and motivate the Front Office team
