Position: Chief Engineering
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position with pre-opening experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance
- Leadership skills to manage the engineering department and safety compliance
- Experience in project management and renovation
