Position: Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager in daily departmental operations
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Support training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Qualifications:
- Experience as Asst HR Manager or Senior HR Supervisor in hotels
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with leadership potential
