Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise F&B service staff during shifts
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly
- Assist in staff training and development
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas
- Support F&B Manager in daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- A dynamic, energetic & smart person
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Previous experience in F&B supervision
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
