Position: Daily Worker – Human Capital
Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and documentation management
- Support HC team in daily operational tasks
- Help organize employee events and activities
- Update employee data inputs as requested
- Provide general administrative support to the department
Qualifications:
- Good administrative skills
- Fast learner and proactive
- Able to assist documentation and basic HR operations
- Good communication and positive attitude
- Willing to learn and adapt in a hotel environment
- Detail oriented in handling data
- Able to work well in a team
