Position: Wellness Staff

  • Provide professional wellness services and treatments to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the wellness area.
  • Ensure guests feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit.
  • Promote wellness packages and products to enhance guest experience.
  • Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
  • Relevant certification in wellness or spa therapy is preferred.
  • Excellent guest experience skills.
  • Excellent communicator and real team player.
  • Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
  • Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
  • Strong ability to work in a team.
