Position: Spa Reception Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Spa reception area
- Ensure all guest bookings and inquiries are handled efficiently
- Train reception staff on service standards and product knowledge
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Assist the Spa Manager with reports and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a luxury Spa or Front Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indonesian National only due to work permit limitations
