Position: Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in leading dynamic culinary operations and delivering world-class dining experiences.
- Design memorable dining experiences for guests and associates.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Ensure responsible food cost management.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop culinary talent within the team.
- Communicate clearly and directly with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in international cuisines and modern culinary techniques.
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop culinary talent.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and directly with team members and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
