Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the resort.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement for housekeeping supplies.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury resort.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and standards.
- Ability to manage a large team effectively.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
