Position: Guest Relation Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Translate guest needs and preferences to other departments.
- Build relationships with guests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in guest relations or front office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
