Position: Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Create and prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Develop new pastry menus and recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in pastry arts.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Leadership ability to manage a team.
- Passion for culinary excellence.
