Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations and ensure efficient service.
- Train bartenders and waitstaff on beverage knowledge and service standards.
- Manage beverage inventory and ordering.
- Create innovative cocktail menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender.
- Extensive knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a dynamic personality.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work late shifts.
