Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in VHP or similar PMS
- Excellent guest relation and complaint handling skills
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
