Position: Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume luxury outlet
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a large service team
- Deep knowledge of F&B service standards and operational efficiency
- Analytical skills to manage costs and drive outlet profitability
- Excellent guest relation skills and complaint handling abilities
- Effective communication and training skills for service staff
- Ability to innovate and implement creative dining experiences
