Position: Assistant Spa Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operational reports, manage bookings, and monitor spa therapist schedules effectively
- Assist in spa budgeting and operational planning to ensure financial targets are met
- Support daily spa activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service delivery
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities are clean, safe, and meet hygiene standards
- Contribute to spa promotions and recommend treatments to achieve revenue targets
Qualifications:
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally
- Strong understanding of spa procedures, luxury products, and hygiene standards
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members while resolving challenges
- Able to support spa promotions and contribute to achieving spa revenue targets
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a spa environment
- Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting skills
- Leadership ability to motivate and monitor the performance of spa therapists
