Position: Director of Revenue and Reservations
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of revenue and reservation management
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to optimize pricing
- Oversee the reservation team and set department performance targets
- Maximize hotel revenue through effective channel management
- Report financial forecasts and performance metrics to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of revenue management experience in luxury hotels
- Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growth
- Deep understanding of distribution channels and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Hospitality
- Leadership experience in managing revenue and reservation teams
