Mercure Pangkalan Bun is the first Accor hotel in Central Borneo, featuring 150 elegantly designed rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. Located just 15 minutes from Iskandar Airport and 10 minutes from the Government business office, it provides an ideal setting for both business and leisure travelers.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FB Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Manage food costs, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Ensure adherence to Accor quality standards and guest service excellence.
- Lead and mentor the F&B team, fostering professional growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar managerial role.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Revenue-oriented mindset with the ability to drive profitability.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and guest engagement.
