Job Description

Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional dining experiences, we encourage you to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions:

  • Barista
  • Bar Captain
  • Server
  • Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Open to male and female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience for staff level, 2 years for supervisor level.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK equivalent, preferably D3/S1 in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
