Amandari Ubud is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation professional to handle guest bookings, inquiries, and ensure a seamless reservation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Process reservations accurately, including special requests, room preferences, and payment details.
- Maintain and update reservation records in the hotel’s booking system to prevent overbookings and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in the same position.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
- Excellent problem-solving, motivation, and training abilities.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Well-groomed, motivated, and a team player.
- Availability to start immediately.
