Job Responsibilities:

Director of Sales

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market positioning.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and implement business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.

Sales Manager (Corporate Segment)

  • Develop and maintain corporate accounts to drive business revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the sales and operations teams.

IT Manager

  • Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure seamless technology operations within the hotel.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.
  • Manage hotel management software, network systems, and digital security.
  • Provide technical support and IT training for hotel staff.

Banquet Sous Chef

  • Assist in leading the banquet kitchen team in creating high-quality dishes.
  • Ensure menu execution aligns with culinary excellence and guest expectations.
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and food safety compliance.
  • Work closely with the banquet service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the same or similar position.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems and industry best practices.
