Requirement

  • Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel and restaurant management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position at a five-star property or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, including HACCP policies and procedures.
  • Experience in Western, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine.
  • Excellent knowledge of food costing, profit and loss management, and expense forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
