Position: Executive Housekeeper
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
– Ability to train, manage, and motivate housekeeping staff
– Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and chemical handling
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Familiarity with hotel property management systems
– Able to handle guest complaints effectively
– Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
