Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
– Exceptional knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
– Proven leadership and people development skills
– Experience in menu creation, food cost control, and kitchen operations
