Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
– Female
– Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
– At least 1 year of experience in the same position
– Relevant certifications for the position are preferred
– Familiar with VHP System
– Well-groomed, adaptable, and in good health
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
– Able to handle guest check-in/out and manage reservations
– Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
