Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to lead a team of talented bartenders to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, drink preparation, and customer interactions.
• Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor beverage quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes and standards.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional events, marketing initiatives, and strategies to drive revenue and increase bar profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a strong emphasis on mixology techniques and ingredient selection.
• Proven leadership abilities with the aptitude to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
