Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, a knack for delivering outstanding service, and a proven track record of managing successful food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Train, and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and customer preferences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
