Job Description
About The Role:
Assisting the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations. Requires a skilled and creative culinary professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding food safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as Junior Sous Chef Wok Section or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese, Thai, and/or Japanese cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Fluent in english and other languages is a plus
- Has commitment to delivering exceptional service.
