Job Description :

  1. Responsible for up selling & handling Sosoro Hotel products (Hotel, MICE & F&B).
  2. Create market segmentation analysis for Hotel & MICE.
  3. Conduct Sales Blizt, Visit, call to potential market segmentation in Merak, Cilegon & Serang area (Government, Corporate, School/University, Community, Banking, Insurance, Family Reunion & Others).
  4. Responsible for creating Hotel, MICE & F&B Promotion packages and Collaboration with Marketing Communication team for publication.
  5. Create daily sales report and report potential customer prospects with revenue forecast.
  6. Up selling Sosoro Hotel, MICE & F&B products.
  7. Publication of Sosoro Hotel & MICE.
  8. Target Revenue Hotel & MICE based on Budget MTD & YTD.
  9. Willing to be placed at Sosoro Hotel Merak – Cilegon

Job Requirement : 

  1. Maximum 40 years old
  2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree all majors

Job Specification :

Minimum 1 years experience as a Sales Marketing

Skill Requirement :

  1. Good leadership and teamwork
  2. Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
  3. Have good negotiation skill, high initiative, full responsibilities, result oriented, creative and innovative
  4. Familiar with computer : Ms. Office
