Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within 4 or 5-star hotels (Positions 1,2,3).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience for Front Office Supervisor, Guest Relation Officer, and Front Desk Agent (Positions 4,5,6).
  • Experience with Opera (POS system) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of delivering high-level customer service.
