18 Suite Villa Loft Bali, a luxurious 4-star resort located in the heart of Kuta, Bali, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Front Desk Agent (DW) to join our team.

Position: Front Desk Agent (DW) Female

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
