FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 Years of experience in F&B Management
– Ability to lead and manage a team of restaurant and banquet staff effectively
– Strong focus on providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and event attendees
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff and other departments within the hotel
– Ability to plan, organize and coordinate events and banquet functions efficiently
– Understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial management to ensure profitability
– Experienced working in the hotel industry (is a plus!)
– Minimum Bachelor Degree.
