Bigland Bogor Hotel Int’l & Convention Hall is a 4-star international hotel located in Bogor. We are known for providing high-quality standard services and facilities. With 400 rooms featuring modern designs and 67 apartment Studios, guests can enjoy stunning views of the city, mountains, and city lights. We also have 2000 pax capacities of ballroom, 19 meeting rooms, a poolside Sofa restaurant Koersi Sky Café on the hotel rooftop, Gym, Sauna and Spa. Now looking for :

  1. Assistant Training Manager
  2. Steward Supervisor

Requirements :

  • Minimum two years working at the same position at four star hotel
  • Have a strong skill in Training, Training Need Analyst Create Plan, Create syllabus and Budget of Training (1)
  • Creatives in develop, Training Manuals and assess the Training to service impact (1)
  • Well knowledge in HACCP is a must (2)
  • Good in leadership, organized and communication skills
