Finance Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Proven experience in hotel or resort
• Able to prepare and analyze financial statements
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting
• Able to manage audits, compliance, and cost efficiency strategies
• Maximum age 45 years old
• Female candidates are preferred
• Willing to be placed in Lombok

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the finance team
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Ensure tax, audit, and accounting compliance
• Support management with accurate financial data for decision making
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
